Course Description
3D printing, as the name suggests, creates actual physical models of almost anything using specific materials based on instructions given to it by a computing device. The technology behind 3D printers is a combination of computing technology and the science of materials. 3D printers, previously very expensive and available only for specialized use, are now being made available at a lower cost for more common use. In this course, you will learn the concepts of 3D printing and some of its applications.
